All customized (e.g.monogrammed or stickered) products are final sale. In the case of a manufacturing defect simply contact us at info@neo-cvr.com and provide photos of the defects to be assessed by us. If defect is confirmed the cover will be replaced.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Item must be in new, unused condition and not customized. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
